Ladder Snake and Calima

Bumped into this beautiful Ladder snake having a snooze, warming up, or whatever he was doing, on the dog walk yesterday morning. Rita must have trotted straight over it, I managed to get hold of Arko and walk him around it, so he didn't tread on it and scare the life out of himself, we all know how scared of snakes Arko is 😂

Not just heat but a really thick layer of Sahara dust calima over Lanjaron today. So far we've been lucky and escaped the worst of the heatwave🤞
