Whilst driving to the Ventura trailhead above Lanjaron at 2200m in the Sierra Nevada, we rounded the corner and were met by beautiful these sights. Ive never seen this before so it can only be the due to the fantastic winter that we have had. Normally this time of year the mountains are a dry and dusty scene of browns and greys but this year the valleys are yellow and green and the mountains still have snow on them.
