Richard decided to cook a romantic meal yesterday and this is what he produced.
He was actually having a dig at “Nouveaux Cuisine” wondering why we have to pay more for less food and there are more obese people in the world than ever?!
Anyway it made us both laugh but I have to say the food was delicious, stuffed red pepper, buttered leeks, steamed carrots and avocado and peach salad.
I made some shortbread and custard for pudding and we both ended up with indigestion ha ha.
