Artist allows dog to starve to death in the name of "art"

Dear Friends,

I have just read and signed the online petition:

“Boicot a la presencia de Guillermo Habacuc Vargas en la Bienal Centroamericana Honduras 2008″

Its to stop a so called “artist” from being allowed to be sooooooooo cruel to do this again, this dog died (starved to death) at the hands or “art”.
